Membership

Below are the documents needed to get a membership with Blue Creek Sport Shooting Complex & Preserve. Print the pages and fill out and return with your payment to P.O. Box 2535 Billings Montana 59103.

When filling out the application please check that you have completed the following items:

• Completely filled out and signed application/release of liability 
• Everyone over 18 years of age must sign the release of liability form
• Payment or credit card information enclosed
