Below are the documents needed to get a membership with Blue Creek Sport Shooting Complex & Preserve. Print the pages and fill out and return with your payment to 1767 Bender Road, Billings MT 59101.

When filling out the application please check that you have completed the following items:

• Completely filled out and signed application
• Everyone over 18 years of age signed the release of liability form
• Payment or credit card information enclosed
