Membership quotas to the club are limited. One membership covers you, your spouse and dependents through the age of 18. This includes access to all of the club's facilities for 12 months from the time of purchase, except the game birdshooting facility. However, the game bird facility is available to train dogs when bird hunting activity is not scheduled. Any membership paid before May 15, 2009 will automatically have an anniversary date of May 15. Individual/Family Memberships are $100, Lifetime Memberships are $1500. and 10 year membership are $750.

A $25.00 collegiate membership is available for dependents through the age of 24 who are attending school. This membership runs concurrent with the family's membership and requires proof of enrollment and does not automatically convert into a regular membership. Collegiate members wishing to convert their membership are encouraged to put their name on the wait list prior to graduating or turning 25.

Corporate Membership Price Structure

Bronze Level - $600 yearly

• Two (2) family memberships
• Ten (10) guest passes
• Use of BCSSC for company event /picnic once per year, no guest passes required (by reservation only)
• Display of a corporate member recognition sign (2'X4') at BCSSC

Silver Level - $800 yearly

• Four (4) family memberships
• Twenty (20) guess passes
• Use of BCSSC for company event /picnic once per year, no guest passes required (by reservation only)
• Display of a corporate member recognition sign (2'X4') at BCSSC

Gold Level - $1200 yearly

• Six (6) family memberships
• Thirty (30) guest passes
• Use of BCSSC for company event /picnic once per year, no guest passes required (by reservation only)
• Display of a corporate member recognition sign (2'X4') at BCSSC

 Guest Pass Policy

Members bringing in adult guest who are using the ranges must buy a guest day pass located inside the gate house at the entrance gate. Guest must sign in and be accompanied by a current member while on club grounds. The day pass should be completed by the member and the tear away portion given to the guest while they are on club grounds. The remaining portion and the $25.00 guest fee, per guest, should be put in the envelope and the envelope put in the depository. The depository (mailbox) is located next to the gate entrance.

When shooting clay target venues which consist of sporting clays, 5-Stand, skeet and trap, guests need not be accompanied by a member and are not subject to the guest pass fee. However, non-member prices for these venues do apply. (See Clay Shooting Page) In addition, guest passes are not needed for shoots open to the public, youth through age 21, and guests merely observing.

Failure to pay the $25.00 fee for each guest pass in advance at the main gate will be considered a club rules violation; violation of this honor system will be reviewed by the Board for possible disciplinary action.

Membership Renewal

During the first week of the month in which your membership expires, you will receive a renewal form. After you complete and return the form with your payment, you will receive a membership card valid for the next 12 months. If a member does not return the form by the last day of their renewal month, the member will have a 30 day grace period following their membership expiration date in which they can renew but are subject to the wait list after the grace period expires.
